    * Desert Nomad Shoulder Pad should show properly on Troxes.
    * BS changes (read today's FWM, decon room timers/capping changes).
    * Shade's "Defeat Righteousness" is changed into "Shade's Caress" and instead of clearing Keepers auras - it will: "This nano formula will cast a defensive proc on the target, healing anyone who is attacking it. The healing will be more effective if the target is wielding a melee weapon."
    * The QQ competition T-shirts...
    ...and some other changes.

    wth? sealed buffs? if it be sealed by gameshop it's be OP for moneybags - permanent wrangler and etc... same, buffs is very big part of social in the AO.

    Well... but if this Nano Cans have long cooldown - it's be possible. 2-3 hour will be OK. Not effective in battle - but useful for twinking and equip new gear.

    All of the sealed buffs were already in the database since patch 18.4, you can see it in the reverse rip included here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5329566/AO/18.4.8.4.zip.
    All they did was rename them from "<prof> buff can" to "nano can" and added some special flag.

    you can use it before start combat? For example, average combat is ~30-40 sec (except god mode profs). More then enough for wrangle. After powning, enemy back after CD over (if it be short).

    If this buffs type will be removed if combat started, then we not have problems anymore.

    i'd bet my creds on db3 phats.
    too bad mods are just numbers, but i would guess those are weapon- nano- and evade and tradeskills. tank module probably has armor and hp.

    it never was outbuff from engi. it is self only buff. and only with engi deck. same for trader tradeskills.

    Yeah, I commented on that one back when these first hit the patch rips a while ago, but worth repeating: Those two were mistakes and won't be in the shop. =)

    how cheap are these? will i be able to buy a stack of 131's for duels? or are they gonna be prohibitavely expensive to avoid that sort of thing? i can see that they are stackable and yesdrop so a secondary market will exist for those wanting to make a quick couple creds just like with token packs.

    basically, what im asking is: are these buffcans intended to affect the ao pvp metagame or are they for buffing outside of combat only?

    They are not intended to have an effect on the AO PvP scene - The main point and purpose behind these items is for twinking purposes, hence why the nanos that these items are casting will be break-on-combat. The items themselves also cannot be used on the Battlestation, nor can they be used while the character, their pets, or their team is in combat.

    The main impetus behind the items is for that time when you just can't find Feline Grace anywhere around and you *really* wanna get that implant in *now* - Not combat. =)

    (ps: just for those curious, the new flag on the items checks that your character has enough free NCU to cast the buff on yourself prior to using the item - helps to make sure that people don't accidentally waste a charge when they don't have enough NCU to actually land it)

    Just checked the patch rips and thought to myself "OH HELL NO", thanks for clearing it up, saved me a possible two day rant in org chats and a depression :P

    Not too bad anymore that mods are just numbers. Here is a link for self created tool to modify those xml's for more user friendly. ( it replaces those numbers with skill names )

    (I got tired too to ques what does the different numbers mean )
