IP Reset Points

What are IP reset pionts and how do they work?

Also, I get the inpresion you get a limited number of them and theymust be used wisely.

You can reset 1 skill with 1 reset point. Any skill but Map navigation. You need to unequip everything before you can use one. Armor, implants, weapons.. everything.

You only get 15 points over the course of your career, so your impression is very correct. Don't use them unless you're absolutely certain you want and need to.
