Froob transfer?

Is it possible to transfer froob character to a paid account if both account are already merged? Last time I tried it didn't work (transfer request had been pending like forever). I also come up with this question already but I didn't get proper answer. And that was right after the patch. So things might have changed since then (possible fix?).

it works, atleast did when i used it, transferred my froob crat to paid account.
