I think after 3 expansions worth of new perks its time to be able to use a 2nd hotkey bar instead of using an oversized control panel as one. There is no reason we shouldn't be able to make a second one with custom hot keys. In wow i used ALT 1-9 for my 2nd bar. No reason ao cant do that.

control window as it is is too big...
to easy to get stuck moving it instead of using it...
cant place macros in control window...
at 220 with ai+le my "perk actions" button pops up a list that goes off my screen..
