Ever heard of FC preferred way to do stuff? Aka "copy-paste"...
For example - new engi init buff is in line of "metaphysical pets init buff" and have mc/si as attack skills instead of mc/ts as it should (not that it matters).

Sure, i could agree, if it'd b a whole line copied from base staff into 25m resulting copies, but not HALF.
Moreover, im pretty sure that they made the unglyphed staff FIRST.
In that case, a copypaste's not possible if half of the copies are intentionally modified and half of them aren't.

Or if it'd be done in 2 patch periods, sure. Unfortunately all are 15.1
Sorry, but making this a 'bug' would require using too many if's and 'maybe's.
