Don't know if it's effecting everyone but my inventory was messed up after the patch, and it now shows 10 extra slots. Those slots can't be used as it says your invenotry is full when trying to pick something up.

This is affecting everyone. If you move all the things u have in the lower part of the inventory to the top, leaving em empty, they will vanish. Its only phantom spots, thats all.
Moving the items solved the issue, thanks

Yea, but all hotbar assigns were messed up (as in disappeared!!! ;( )
