UTILS3 has my light blub and wenwen

HUD2 can have nightvision goggles when Im in the dark.

lol uhm, pharmacy and treatlib gives 36 treat + firstaid + pharmacy at QL200

Utils2: Ebony Figurine (+10Shotgun+15RangeInit) UBER! +15 init!
*can also switch this for ql200 Pharmacy and Treatment Library
