Let players create game content.
I don't think about programing or graphic design.
It would be fun to give the opportunity to enthusiastic players to create some areas using the existing in-game resources (items, monsters).
The testing area could be located in the AI city as a special building.
The current DB wouldn't support it. It cannot dynamically create or destroy entries (afaik).
But it's a nice idea, but even if it worked things would need to go through approval from Funcom in order to make sure they're fair.
