I say it would probably take you about 90 minutes of travelling from Rygge airport to the FC offices. That is if you consider START to be when you enter the transporting vehicle. I don't know how much time you need to take into account at the airport. Rygge is a very small airport though....

Rygge to Oslo: 55 minutes by bus / 51 min by train
Walking from the bus station to the railway station: 10 ish minutes + time to buy train tickets from 'Oslo S' to 'Skøyen'
Train from Oslo S to Skøyen: 7-10 minutes
Walking from the railway station at Skøyen to the Funcom offices: 5 minutes

There are airport trains going from the airport to Oslo Central Station every 15 or 20 minutes, very easy to get to and use. From there you can take the train, it's only 2 stations to Skøyen where the FC building is. There will be quite a few customer service guides from NSB (norwegian train company) standing around at the station that can send you in the right direction.
