Aimed Shot require stealth but firing off an Aimed Shot puts snipeshot in 11second recharge. Aimed Shot is made as a high-damage opener and this damage-capacity can easily be increased as the pvp-cap remains to 30%.
Then snipeshot is the re-usable special attack which caps at 13k.
That would be good with current stealth-mechanics imo.

snipe shot would have the standard 100% weaponskill vs 100% dodge check of course, right?
Profesionally, Aimed Shot is supposed to circumvent the def-check. I think that aspect will still remain. Having the special "execute" from standing still fixes AS-Kiting players and seems more appropiate to the combat (sniping) it's supposed to simulate.
- Snipe Shot is an Agent-exclusive attack action
- This ability will fire off two instant 'regular' hits - These hits will have a crit chance
- Snipe Snot does not require concealment
- Attack skill on Snipe Shot will be Aimshot
Am not sure, nothing is set it stone yet. It's rumored AS and Snipe Shot will operate like that.

from whats been said before snipeshot will have a defense check but aimed shot will not (but will have a 3 second cast time)
on this note, it's great that they made all perks check rifle and then give us a speical that uses aimed shot as def check. ellts anyone?
If we miss we will miss with all the perks tho.
