Can we get explanation on Awakening bugging out once again please?

Mickbinda also pointed out there has been an issue recently with occasionally not receiving the reward buff on defeating the Deranged Xan. I'm sorry I missed you. I'll be looking into any possible causes of both these issues today.

The quote above is from May 14th. Since then I havent received the buff called Awakening I am supposed to get in 12 man at least 3 times.
Last night I finally had time/will to bother and sent petition - I got a vague answer that "the issue will be reported as bug" and nothing else.

So can we finally get some clearance on that particular bug? What, why, and when is it going to be solved. Last night we had smooth run and none died for example, yet none got buffed for some reason.
I would do the instance anyway to help some people, thought I dont need any loot from there, still I am expecting at least that kind of reward - I fairly earned it and now I feel unjustly screwed up.

Seriously, FC, start fixing bugs in this game finally.
