    City Changes

    Did the City Changes go live? Is rent taken from org bank now or do we still have to pay the CC?

    I couldn't tell so I put money into upkeep as well as in my org bank, be nice to know where it's supposed to be.

    Has City Advantages going down been disabled?

    The quote regarding all those changes was attached to instanced cities.
