ICH question

The coodown is just on doc or on tankl too? Very often in pande raid happens that when i try cast ich on tanker i got :
NCU error: Better nano program already running.
Unable to execute nano program. You can't execute this nano on the target.
so the problem is that even tank need wait 20 sec to get a new ich or some other prevent ich from casting (dunno live survival)?

the nano is only put into your ncu, not the tank's.

because some pande mobs can cast this?

can be a possibility (btw not sure but i think it happened on db boss too)

Some pande mobs do cast One Foot in the Grave. So that's atleast part of the explanation.

In the old DB, when hit by the red debuff, you can't be hit with CH or ICH. Many tanks don't know this and don't remove the red debuff, thinking that it only prevents them from healing, something most tanks don't do anyway.

Something else to consider is whether or not you are the only doc casting ICH as well.

And why would this be interesting? It's an instant heal faster than BI. I assume everyone would use it every 20secs. There's no reason not to. That other docs have used it on the tank prior to me has no effect at all on my gameplay. The "Afffected by Improved Complete Heal" is only on the casting doc, nowhere else.

You're right, according to the DB Wylde. Anecdotally, I've been in large raids with more than 1 doc and have noticed the tank recieve an iCH (or at least it appeared to be that way) and waited to cast mine and gotten the error message. So it could be the tank got hit by OFitG, which would give the same error.

I've been offtanking in pande quite a bit on my keeper recently and I have noticed that I very often have OFitG running. I will try and monitor the systemchat to give better info on what mobs do this.

Makes sense, as they're both soldier nanos. (trader borrow reflect also works on pande blues when they ams, so they pretty much count as soldiers).

When ofit lands, is it reported in vicinity? Or does just the receiver end of it get a message?

Since when a tank take massive damage, I can sometimes wait with casting BI, and use ICH at much lower health.

But if tanks have ofitg running, this might be a very stupid tactic :-)
