so ddi omni come up with a solution to all these people looking for loot rights on libra?or just everyone trying to make best dd team and win loot rights?
They made a libra team and official dt (and everyone else) let them get loot right on libra. Simple.

Omni Beastchat Admins talked and decided the spots would be rolled so everyone would get a fair share of Libra. So just did !Loot Libra 6 times for the 6 spots, and then rolled em
Usually someone scouted ahead to see if Libra was up or not, worked out well, was fair for all trying to get quest.
Just make sure ppl know that it is for the quest and you have to actually have the mission running that says "Kill Libra" and stuff like that
You get the quest from they Yuttos outside Yuttos Marshs. Fairly simple quest, you get a mission from him, then you get a mission to get an item (an actual mission) go in there, make sure u have ur lockpick, blitz thru till u find the box on the floor, pick it up, bring it to ergo, talk to him, get another mission and then u get the "Kill Libra" mission. Kill Libra, talk to ergo, get another mission, which is the Beast mission. You need to get up close to beast, target him, I personally had to hit him to get my update, but you don't have to be in team to kill him or anything.
Then you have to go out the portal, and that Number Nine thingie floating in the air, u target that, get update, head back to Ergo and talk to him for a min and mission completes and ya get ur profession star.
