if you wan't to get picky, but part of his equip is +30 dodge +12 duck/evade bracers and AFAIK the jobe noob bracer doesn't work past level 16. Plus, he uses I am the Eel in his ring slots so again it wouldn't make any sense to do as he already has better.

I doubt a solitus can perk me a 220...doubt an opi can either...
Not just me...I mean someone with my setup...I honestly can't perk prion yet... (although i was missing about 100 AR)...doubt I can even with all the AR I can get though...
Had trouble today perking onlyman...but again I was missing about 121 AR from what I normally have. (in perk reset atm)
Wonder if it's possbible to even be perked by another agent (besides atrox) at 220 with the correct setup...

Hmmm... the game is not that unbalanced to be able to evade any breed's perks. If have a evade setup u can evade perks as with AR setup u can perk. Depends what u choose. Agents are non-evade prof so u can be perked.

But what agent runs around with pelisse/add all off rings/imps/items...etc... 24/7?
The normal setup (at least my setup) Doesnt have any of that stuff in it...
I guess what I'm getting at is this...2 fully twinked evade prof agents can't perk eachother...
