Got mine a couple days ago, running to jump off pen. Got Agged by a notum scourge and it dropped. Maybe I should not look for things mroe often.

Got mine at 3rd kill on my trader.

It seems that the droprate increases when you have someone teamed who is wearing it already.

I have stopped looking, over 3K kills and nothing, I do not really farm them much anymore as it breaks my heart do stand out there and freeze.

My buddy Ofab linked me this thread...

I go up to this mob and it's dark orange and I ask over ventrilo what is it. I continue to fight it and nearly die...as I am fighting I am told it's like a super rare drop and how it takes many times to farm.

First kill it drops.
