You've been very, very lucky. I'm at over 500 kills now over the last 2 weeks to try to get one for my enf. Got the one for my doc in about 200 kills a year ago.
drop rates in penumbra has to suck for me. no matter what i kill i never get what i want..
example:
was helping a mate today get insignia of vanya. killed around 200 random mobs around PF. LOL. not one single bloody insignia.

Oh, but with my luck at the droprates, I'll just pick up one for new toons due to the other mods. Should take me about 30 minutes, which 15 minutes are getting there. :-)

True, and also brings us to the fact that this will seriously hurt non-silverback AS weaps for docs, since everyone and their mothers will have more crit decrease than the doc has incrase...
And it will nerf onehander for fixer <3

about 700 kills, took me from level 170 when I started camping to 218 when I could solo to get it. Well worth it tho and wouldn't trade it for anything

Well I guess I lost my Notum Scrotum virginity last night when I broke the 100-mark. I tried to add up how long I have camped it totally now and ended up with over 5 hours.
I was lucky got mine on 2nd drop..
But Still camping for another for alt.

i've camped 6 shrouds so far - working on the 7th...
and yes, it can be done in 50 to 500 kills.
Looted mine at 117 kills (might have forgot to add a couple to my tag tho so could be anywhere between 120-130 kills).
The sad thing being that makes me a non-part of this thread.
