Umbral Wrangler (Major) -- where?

Have been trying to find Umbral Wrangler (Major) (the one for 106 points) for my trader, checked gardens up to Pen, no luck so far. One of the posts in this forum mentions that it has been seen in Pen sanctuary.

Can anyone with Pen sacntuary key check it and perhaps, if it is actually sold there, buy it for me (RK2)? Of course, all expenses will be reimbursed .

i had same problem, 106 and 118 are sold in same garden (or were when my org member bought it for me)
