Not having a lowbie doc to test this on, I was wondering if someone could answer a question about the nano heal proc for Sheffy's Micro Coil. I've heard that the proc is the same regardless of the QL of the ring, and is determined by your level. I've also heard that the amount of the nano heal is affected by the QL of the ring. So which is correct? I've looked on AUNO and it would appear that the proc that is linked through the comments shows that it's based on the character level, and not the ring QL, but I just wanted a confirmation.
