I can't say for sure, but I doubt it. If you are wondering, send an e-mail to exploits@anarchy-online.com and ask them.
If FC didn't want to allow doctors who were wearing it at day of patch to use it, they would make it unequip at zoning. Meaning they don't see it as an exploit to still use it, because that is how they intended it. I could be wrong.
Ofcourse not, if so they would have added a playshift check.
It even sais in the patchnotes that its not supposed to be unequiped automatically. I can't see how it could be an exploit when its actually working as intended.
Yeah, the patchnotes said that other professions with the gun on before the patch would still have the gun on, but wouldn't be able to put it back on if they drop it.
