They cost about 3.3 million each. You didn't say what server you're on though. And this isn't really a shopping thread.

If on RK2, I can get to those nanos. They're in Adonis Sanctuary.

Boon of Ergo nanos sold in Ely garden seem to change from time to time...
As of now there are Enel-Xum & Ocra-Thar.

Check my signature for a ingame tool you can use to get lists of all these nanos as well. And the rotating stocks like the Boon nanos are difficult. Ely seems to rotate them. Some rotate which Advie pet/tower appear, etc.

auno.org nanolisting sais it's supposed to be in Inferno Garden, but it was not when I checked.

In Inferno Sacntuary you can find :
Umbral Wrangler (Greater) QL204
Umbral Wrangler (Exceptional) QL199

And in Vanja Sanctuary you can find:
Umbral Wrangler (Advanced) QL170

So the logical think would than be for the Umbral Wrangler (Superior) which is QL189 to be available in Inferno Garden, but it's not.
Anyone know what's up with this?

Out of all the umbral wranglers, I only have confirmed locations for a few of them.

Umbral Wrangler (Premium) - Pandemonium
Umbral Wrangler (Exceptional) - Inferno Sanctuary
Umbral Wrangler (Greater) - Inferno Sanctuary
Umbral Wrangler (Superior) - MIA
Umbral Wrangler (Advanced) - Pennumbra Sanctuary
Umbral Wrangler (Major) - MIA
Umbral Wrangler - Adonis Sanctuary (Might be MIA)
Umbral Wrangler (Lesser) - MIA
Umbral Wrangler (Commonplace) - MIA
Umbral Wrangler (Minor) - MIA
Umbral Wrangler (Patchy) - MIA

Half the line is still MIA as you can see, but if someone can locate them, let me know. They might be Rotating stock, which only appears sometimes.

Also, after next patch, I will need to know locations for the new nanos, like the NT ones.

QL140 Malaise of Motivation in Adonis sanctuary
QL171 Malaise of Emotion in penumbra garden
QL198 Malaise of Desire in penumbra sanctuary
QL204 Malaise of Passion in inferno sanctuary and also inferno garden
QL215 Malaise of Fervor in Pandemonium garden

also an NT nano QL211 Nano Crystal (Enfraam's Perception Deciever) sold in pandemonium

I bought the QL127 Umbral Wrangler in a Superior Shop in Old Athen just the other day, so it does pop up there on occasion. Don't know about the others, though.
